As a seascape artist I’m drawn towards different formation of water, be it the texture, natural light or movement. My inspiration for my painting is drawn from the Bogey Hole, Newcastle. On this day the water was crystal clear so I asked a willing subject, announcing I was an artist, if she could dive in so I capture the movement of the water, hence ‘Ocean Girl’ was born.
